Halifax Area Anaphylaxis Group

The Allergy/Asthma Information Association, a Canadian not-for-profit, is conducting a survey about severe allergies and anaphylaxis. This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes of your time. The survey results will be used to help educate Canadians about allergies and anaphylaxis and may be used as part of an awareness campaign in 2011.  We appreciate your support. 

Note: Many of the survey questions apply to people with food allergies or anaphylaxis or those who have a family member with allergies or anaphylaxis.
